Pitch
No. 01 / Hero

From the team at SalesAndCatering.com — twenty years deep in hospitality software.

Write everything
hospitality writes
in your voice.

Pitch is an AI writing partner for hospitality sales and marketing teams. It learns your property’s voice, knows your rooms, menus, and policies, and helps you ship RFPs, proposals, posts, and review replies in seconds — without sounding like AI.

Warm & specific

182 words

Marcus — thanks for the chance to host Verve in September. Two things stood out reading the brief. Your CEO’s background: we’d route the welcome reception through Chef Anwar and build a menu off the late-summer market, not the standard catering deck. The evenings: the Grand reads formal on the floor plan but tells very differently after dark — long tables, candle light, the bar staff our regulars come back for…

Marcus — happy to host Verve. Two ideas before the deck. One: Chef Anwar runs the welcome reception, menu off the late-summer market. Two: we drop the ballroom for the Grand after dark — long tables, candles, the bar staff people come back for. Rest follows…

Marcus — picture the Grand in late September. The light is low by 6:30. Chef Anwar is at the pass with stone fruit from the Hillcrest market. The bar staff already know your CEO orders mezcal, neat. That’s the room your welcome reception walks into…

01 The gap

Hospitality teams write all day.

An RFP response by lunch. A Tripadvisor reply at 2pm. An Instagram caption by 4. A follow-up nudge by 6.

ChatGPT helps. But it doesn’t speak hospitality, doesn’t know your property, and the work still reads like AI.

That’s the gap Pitch closes.

02 The approach

Three pieces.
One house style.

Voice, so it sounds like you. The Playbook, so you’re never starting from a blank box. Profile, so the facts are always your facts.

i Voice

Pitch writes in your style.

Upload winning proposals. Paste your favorite emails and posts. Drop in a brand book. Or connect a social account. Pitch learns how you and your property actually sound — and holds that voice across every draft and teammate.

ii Playbook

Never a blank box.

Each play is a move your team runs all the time. Pick one, give it a sentence, get a draft you can finish. Opinionated, not exhaustive.

iii Profile

Pitch knows your property.

Rooms. Meeting capacities. Sample menus and per-person F&B. Rate ranges by season. Cancellation, attrition, F&B minimums. Promotions. Every draft pulls from this profile, not thin air.

03 The Playbook

Not a template library.
A running start.

Each play is a move your team runs all the time — the writing you do again and again. Opinionated, never exhaustive. Pitch ships with a small playbook. More plays arrive as customers ask.

01 Group sales

~1 min draft

RFP cover & custom questions

For Cvent, ProposalPath, or a planner’s 14-question PDF. Pulls capacities, rates, and policies from your profile.

Sample brief

“Verve Summit, 240 attendees, 3 nights September, CEO is ex-chef, lean F&B.”

02 Reviews

~30 sec draft

Negative review reply

Tripadvisor, Google, Booking, Expedia. Specific, signed, not a hostage letter. Refuses “we’re sorry to hear that.”

Sample brief

“2 stars, lobby AC out and check-in queue. Acknowledge, name the cause, offer a real fix.”

03 Catering

~1 min draft

Wedding & social pitch

First touch to a planner or couple. Pulls F&B options, capacity, and the on-property moments only you have.

Sample brief

“200 plated, no pork, courtyard ceremony 5:30, wants a champagne moment.”

04 Marketing

~20 sec draft

Social post or carousel

X, Instagram, LinkedIn. Property voice, or your DOSM’s. Pulls promotions and seasonal moments from the profile.

Sample brief

“Sunset bar half-price oysters Tues-Thurs, IG carousel, three slides.”

05 · …and a dozen more

All plays. Never the last word.

Proposal follow-up. Lead-response first touch. Negotiation & counter-offers. Newsletter sections. OTA listings. Google Business profile. LinkedIn for leadership.

04 Where it lives

Two places. Every text field.

A web app for the long stuff. A Chrome extension for the box you’re already typing in.

A. Web app

Command center.

Style setup, profile, long-form work — proposals, newsletters, OTA listings, batch projects.

B. Chrome extension

Inline, in the box.

A shortcut, the right play, a draft inside the box you’re already typing in.

05 The house

Built by hospitality, for hospitality.

Pitch is from the team at SalesAndCatering.com — twenty years of building the software hospitality sales teams already use.

We’ve spent a long time watching where the writing breaks down. The RFP that goes out at midnight and reads like it. The social caption that could be any property anywhere. The review reply that starts with “we’re sorry to hear that.” Pitch is the tool we wanted to give them.

06 Inquiries

Asked, plainly answered.

The five questions every buyer asks in their first call. Answered here, so when we talk we can skip past them and into your house.

Where does Pitch live?

The web app is your command center for style setup, profile, and longer work — proposals, newsletters, OTA listings.

The Chrome extension follows you to every place a hospitality team writes: Gmail, Outlook, Tripadvisor, Google Business, Cvent, STS Cloud, ProposalPath, Delphi, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Isn’t this just ChatGPT?

No. ChatGPT is generic. It doesn’t know your property, doesn’t speak hospitality, and the writing reads like AI. Pitch gives you three things ChatGPT can’t: a voice that’s actually yours, plays written by hospitality pros, and a property profile that keeps the facts straight.

Will Pitch make things up?

No. Rooms, capacities, rates, policies, F&B minimums — the facts come from structured data in your profile, not generation. A draft can’t invent a ballroom you don’t have or quote a rate that doesn’t exist.

Can my whole team share one voice?

Yes. Styles, plays, and the property profile are shared across a team. Voice cascades property → group → flag automatically. New hires write on-brand from day one.

When can I get it?

Pitch is rolling out to a small group of design partners now. Early access starts soon — get on the list and we’ll be in touch.
